Ergo-Force Squeegee Blade

This premium blade was developed by the makers of the Ergo-Force Squeegee to optimize its performance.

When the new squeegee blade is installed in an Ergo-Force squeegee handle, the 64 durometer Ergo-Force Blade will deposit greater amounts of ink than typical 70 and 75 durometer blades; yet will have the feel of a stiffer blade.

Additionally, because softer squeegee blades conform better to irregularities of any given substrate, coverage is significantly improved when printing over a white under base.

The most notable feature of the Ergo-Force-Blade is the industry’s first “Best Before” date printed directly onto the blade with a permanent ink. This helps production workers identify squeegee blades that have reached the end of their optimum life expectancy. Now workers can easily determine when it is time to replace aging squeegee blades.

The purple colored, 64A, Ergo-Force Blade can be used for manual and automatic printing applications. It is made to the industry standard size of 2” wide by 3/8” thick from chemical resistant, premium urethane. The Ergo-Force Blade is manufactured 100% in the USA with raw materials sourced entirely in the USA.
